Long term partnership with WATA CI Sarl.

Dear customers, or new customers,

Welcome to our little explanation for our wood export long term contract!

If you are on this page we presume you are in the wood import business!

I am belgian citizen, living and working in West Africa for some years now. I work in wood export, car parts and agricultural sector. For the export of wood, we want with our company introduce this new way of working for export, in a good and secure environnement for both the buyers and the sellers. For the buyers to secure their deliveries, that they will be done and that they not will be in hands of a scammer, also for sellers, that they will get payd and not to be scammed also by fake buyers!

So buyers must take care of exporters who propose prices that are to low compared with normal market prices. Because, maybe if they deliver once a test-order at a very low price, they can prepare the buyer for a big loose when putting a big order later. Also buyers, take care with pictures or past BL's, it is so easy to have pictures and copies from BL to send to you, dont take that as a proof! Please take 15 minutes of your time, read and study the following report, and start making money, or making more money, with our system in a secure way for you.

Let me try to explain our goal for wood export from Africa, export from RCI, Liberia and Ghana.

Wood export is not an easy thing to do. Many people try, and get stuck somewhere in the long way to succeed.

Also as we can imagine, wood import is not easy too, so lets try to get it a little more conveniant for both of the parties, the sellers and the buyers.

First let us see what we need to make a good relation.

As a buyer, you need:

1: a reliable supplier:

2: who have the necessary documents and knowledge

3: Good quality

4: good volume

5: and who is reliable, means who will deliver onces you have done all the necessary steps to order.

As seller we need:

1: reliable buyer

2: reliable payment procedure

3: long term relation with buyers

All these points we toke care of them and we concluded the following:

there is a need for a reliable company to act in as between the buyers importers and the local exporters.

For many reasons local exporters are very bad with communications, also for buyers! Good communication is essential for business deals! For many reasons local exporters are not up to date with internationnal payment procedures, also many buyers.

So, to take care of all these problems we act with our company on the behalf of the buyer and/or the seller!

Now, lets discuss about prices, as this concerns  both of us.

With this long term partnership contract we can deliver buyers:

1: long term, of course :)

2: very good price, the best for boosting their sales

3: revolving all the lenght of the contract

4: many others advantages for the buyers

How is this system working?

In fact very simple, let me explain.

Buyers for longterm contract come to discuss and prepare the contract here in Abidjan.

For the first order we deliver at normal market price! With this first order, we take out of the LC the amount to install the machine(s) for the customer. From that moment, we work with the machine and pay the customer a rent per cubic meter we saw with the machine, and this on the total of the order!

Sample:

order 1: 400 m³ saw wood tali, any sizes.

Normal price $14.000/20ft - 400 m³ = 18 x 20ft

First order is: 18 x $14.000 =  $252.000 with LC under certain conditions

Second order: 18 x $14.000 = 400 m x $50 = $20.000 for sawing so total price will be 252.000 - 20.000 = $232.000

So for the annual contract we will have: 1 x $252.000 + 11 x $232.000 if 12 months delivery! So difference for the total order is $20.000 x 11 = $220.000 per year! Equivalent of one monthly order! Up to the people who want to benefit for this!

See below for type of contract we use! This contract is negociable between our 2 companies, and shall be negociated in Abidjan, RCI.

Come back now and then as we are still working on this contract, even if we already started with it!

If you dont want to have contract, no problem, we also accept some spotorders at normal market price at the moment. But we can only accept spotorders when wood is available and we have the time to cut and load it.

Sample contract letter:

Dears ,

This is a Letter of Intent that outline the partnership we propose, you and I discussed earlier via Whatsapp or other communication tool. I do not consider the terms and conditions stated in this letter as binding and am open to negotiation.

We have agreed that we will enter into partnership / joint venture for the purposes of a wood export service. Our company and my main responsibility will be wood purchasing and preparation to export in West Africa, and your company responsibility will be accounts and marketing in your country.

We have also agreed to take out like a Small Business Loan from the total amount of the first LC, to cover the start-up expenses, financing of the machines to install and we will be signatory for that. This option will be well described in the first LC in the standing instructions. We have created a business plan that clearly states our intentions for the short-term as well as the next five years, and this plan has been approved by our both companies.

I propose we meet in a couple of weeks at our office to confirm the salaries and sign a contract of partnership. We can meet at a time of your convenience to discuss the points on which we have not yet agreed before we meet the lawyer. Please call me at +22554635308 or contact me at woodondemand@gmail.com to set up a meeting.

This letter is a formal expression of intent to start a partnership with you to open a wood export service with and for your company. We need to decide the main points of financial distribution and meet the lawyer to sign the contract.

For more financial information study the attached table with sample of wood export and sample prices!
